Mr. Xiong Dai served as consultant to the Shenzhen Qinshuihe Community from 2005 to 2009. On March, 2006, he enrolled Decision Making and Strategic Management for Top Management program. In October, he registered online courses with WIPO focusing on intellectual property rights. In December, he entered intellectual property fight litigation and strategies advanced program with China Justice and Administration Institute. Mr. Dai also enrolled the Civil and Commercial Law Master Program at the China University of Political Science and Law.
