Experience:
Mr. Beiqun Yu Hubei has been the Managing Director of Guangdong Guangshen Law Firm since 1996. He served as the director of the Executive Office for Shenzhen Attorneys at Shenzhen Luohu Bureau of Justice before joining the G&G. Prior to that, he was a specialist at the Hubei State Department of Justice.
Mr. Yu has significant expertise in securities, financial services, real estate and constructions and consulted numerous large state-owned enterprise, public traded companies and private-owned companies. Some of the cases are: assets restructuring and ownership reforms for Shenzhen Yantian Port Group, business form transformation for Shenzhen Jianye Group and Shenzhen Haote Stock holding Company, sales of assets and ownership reforms, debt and equity financing for Shenzhen Zhenye Group.
Mr. Yu also actively deals with complex and high-profile litigation and arbitration.
Mr.Yu is currently a member of the Economics Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress of Luohu District
